At Cavendish Nuclear we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Document Controller at our Dalton Avenue site.

The role

As a Document Controller, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for applying document management reporting to the Senior Document Controller. Your work will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of documentation, playing a key role in supporting project teams and stakeholders.

Day-to-day, you’ll register and capture documents in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), including Cavendish, client, and subcontractor documentation.

Review document formats, coding, and adherence to checking & approval processes for signatures.

Circulate documents for review, information, and acceptance

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.

Manage archiving, closeout, and handover at project completion.

Manage the Document Control Group shared Inbox

This role is full-time 37 hours per week, and provides hybrid working arrangements, with two days in the office and three days from home.

Essential Experience for the Document Controller

Experience in a similar business sector, with knowledge of project documentation processes.

Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications for the Document Controller
