Executive Delivery Lead (TMO) Location: London, UK Fixed Term Contract: 12 months (ASAP start) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Delivery Lead to join our Transformation leadership team at Lloyd. This pivotal role involves leading the multi-year transformation agenda, owning strategic governance and narrative, and managing strategic portfolio risk identification and management. You will work closely with our strategic delivery partner and oversee the Portfolio Analyst team supporting Domain leadership teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Executive governance reporting schedule and content for all Corporation Transformation content, including StratCo, ExCo, Council, and Risk Committee meetings. Drive the strategic cross-Domain portfolio planning process, ensuring alignment with the wider Corporation strategy and KPIs. Coordinate the Portfolio Assurance Board (PAB) and ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive MI for effective decision-making. Oversee and report on strategic risks and issues, including QA partner actions and Internal Audit findings. Drive the employee engagement plan for Transformation, ensuring alignment and motivation across the team. Coordinate and manage the Corporation central programme budget and resourcing. Act as a trusted advisor to the Corporation Transformation Director, providing constructive challenge and deputising as required. Skills and Experience: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all business levels. Influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to constructively challenge senior stakeholders. Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Understanding of cost-benefit analysis, resource planning, and monitoring. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. Up-to-date knowledge of best practice project management/programme, portfolio, and change management. Experience in managing and communicating with C-Suite stakeholders. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives. Strong leadership experience and ability to manage strategic third-party partners. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Qualifications: Project Management Qualifications (PRINCE 2, Agile, SCRUM) are highly desirable.
