As well as competitive pay rates, you will be entitled to a range of benefits including discount vouchers for restaurants, cinemas, retail outlets, healthcare and much more as well as pension, enhanced family leave, childcare discounts, employee assistance programme and much more!</span></p><p><span><br></span></p><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>About the role:</span></strong></p><p><span>Responsible and accountable for all first, and middle-mile operations with oversite of seamless UK Domestic and cross-border linehaul activities and working exclusively with partners across the network to drive a best-in-class operating culture to support an increasingly competitive market.</span></p><p><span><br></span></p><p><span></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Accountable for all International Operations including domestic first mile, middle mile trans-Atlantic/European linehaul, in-country brokers and final mile providers</span></li><li><span>Ownership of operational volume and financial reporting for the end-to-end International Operation</span></li><li><span>Monitor, troubleshoot and repair issues with key systems</span></li><li><span>Key contact for all International Transport queries, from Customer Onboarding, & Operational escalation</span></li><li><span>Working alongside Trade Compliance Managers ensuring all cross-border transits are completed in a highly compliant manner.</span></li><li><span>Provide data visualisations of troubleshooting to internal stakeholders</span></li><li><span>Own or actively participate in continuous improvement projects</span></li><li><span>Work with different departments to ensure all systems are correctly documented and that accurate backup libraries are maintained</span></li><li><span>Supporting Head of Product with profit & loss reporting & yearly budget forecast</span></li><li><span>Championing a continuous improvement culture to consistently push the boundaries of the possible to create a best-in-class customer experience</span></li></ul><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>The ideal candidate will have:</span></strong></p><p></p><ul><li><span>At least 5 years cross-border logistics experience</span></li><li><span>Experience of development and implementation of strategy within a product management environment</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of and preferably experience within consumer-focused product development and delivery.</span></li><li><span>In depth knowledge of products in area of responsibility</span></li><li><span>Demonstrable experience in influencing up to board level internally and externally.</span></li><li><span>Complex problem-solving skills</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of the Salesforce software platform</span></li></ul><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span><br></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>What about career development?</span></strong></p><p><span>We take every employees career seriously and believe in realising their full potential.
