Senior Product Designer

Join our innovative commercial team at British Airways as a Senior Product Designer on ba.com, our global storefront and service hub for millions of travellers. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting human-centred digital experiences that embody our iconic brand and resonate with millions of travellers worldwide. You’ll help shape user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our future ambitions and meeting our customers ever-changing needs 

 What You’ll Be Doing 

Champion high design standards across multiple product teams and external partners.  Mentor junior designers and shape our design culture.  Craft and evolve user journeys, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that reflect best-in-class UX.  Leverage research, testing, and design thinking methodologies to refine concepts early and often.  Ensure cohesion and consistency across our products by contributing to design systems and shared patterns.  Collaborate deeply with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life. 

 What you’ll bring to British Airways:

A wealth of experience in UX/Product Design with a portfolio showcasing elegant, device-agnostic solutions.  Mastery of Figma and familiarity with tools like Miro, Zeplin, and modern prototyping software.  Deep understanding of human-centered design and how research informs product development.  Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.  Experience mentoring teams and influencing product strategy.  A curious, collaborative spirit — passionate about continuous improvement and excellence.
