Your role: As a Senior Project Engineer, you will manage complex engineering projects by utilizing a designed project model to develop necessary milestones, ensuring adherence to time, quality and budget constraints. You will work as part of a multi-department team (Production, Quality, Validation, Planning, EHS, etc.), communicate project activities with internal functional groups and act as the direct contact for projects. Additionally, you will support the site's project roadmap, implement metrics to measure project execution and provide guidance to junior team members.

Who you are:

Minimum of 3+ years of Project Management experience within a related industry (Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Rail, Oil & Gas, Construction, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project/Business Management - preferred. Sound knowledge of structured project management methodologies, preferably with formal project management accreditation. Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Proven team building and motivational skills. Strong influencing, organizing, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent decision-making, problem solving and negotiation skills. Preferably experienced in managing design, commissioning and validation activities in a GMP environment.
