About your role: Shape Exceptional Customer Experiences with us as a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of designing and improving our services , and enhance our customer journeys and how we present ourselves to them. Your work will transform how our customers interact with our services, making each touchpoint impactful and seamless. As a Senior Service Designer, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement seamless, customer-centric service experiences. You'll conduct user research to uncover customer needs, challenges, and behaviours, ensuring a deep understanding of their journey. You will be orchestrating people, process, content, technology, and environments, understanding the boundaries in which we operate, when we can push them, and when we need to incorporate them in the designed solution. You'll create service blueprints, journey maps, and personas to articulate and visualize service concepts effectively. Additionally, you'll prototype and validate service solutions, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. You'll lead workshops and co-creation sessions, fostering collaboration to generate ideas and shape service design strategies. By leveraging data insights, you'll guide decisions and evaluate the impact of service improvements. Lastly, you'll champion user-centred design principles and advocate for best practices across the organisation Here what weâre looking for: Proven experience in using user research methodology to inform design work Proven experience in service design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
