About this opportunity We’re looking for agile delivery leadership for the most-used journeys in Lloyds Banking Group. Help us transform the logon experience and all related Access journeys. Consumer Servicing & Engagement (CS&E) – Who we are & what we do! Here in CS&E, we run the UK largest digital retail bank with over 22 million active online and mobile users. We help customers manage their money safely, confidently, and in ways that feel simple and intuitive. We own the experience and customer journeys across most of the major servicing journeys, including Access, the overall structure and look and feel of the App, understanding your transactions, Payments, Conversational Banking, Open Banking and more — designing seamless experiences at huge scale. We’re on a multi‑year transformation, strengthening engineering practices, maturing Product & Journey ownership, and improving cross‑functional flow. ‘Integrator’ is our name for an agile delivery lead. You’ll coordinate and integrate delivery of technical components that requires cross-cutting engagement across multiple Labs and third parties. In this role you’ll be pivotal in shaping outcomes for millions of customers every day. The Access Lab Digital Access is the gateway to all digital experiences – from logon to App enrolment it's where we first build customer trust and enable seamless onward experiences. We ensure each digital interaction, whether for new or existing customers, is secure and seamless. As owners of identification, authentication and credential management we shape how we safely move customers into the consumer digital channel. We’re re-designing all these journeys, and delivering them in google cloud architecture. We’ll make them faster, easier to complete, more secure and quicker to change. The key responsibilities of the role: Use your experience to develop the optimised plan and sequence of delivery tasks in collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering Leads and aligned to the Lab backlog. Cataloguing and leading dependencies between the lab and other teams. Working with colleagues outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable delivery at pace, including how to consume components provided by other platforms Co-ordinating implementation readiness and implementation events themselves. Leading on Service Introduction and co-ordinating all parties to deliver Value Identifying blockers to delivery by proactively monitoring, trouble shooting and diagnosing technical issues, raising to Lead Product Owners or Engineering Leads where required. Acting as interface between suppliers (3rd Party) and key business colleagues supporting the management of delivery business critical programmes. Running complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery. Providing expertise towards the governance activities required for the safe delivery of change to customers. Enabling the delivery of technology risk and control improvements. You’ll understand, embrace and be able to select with confidence the most appropriate tools and methods to deliver change.
