Are you passionate about IT and delivering excellent customer support? Join our team as an IT Service Desk Engineer and be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests for Lincolnshire County Council staff.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in IT Service Desk, Asset Lifecycle, Mobile Telephony, or Desktop Support. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written). Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to deliver first-line IT support. Professional, punctual, and customer-focused approach.
Technical Knowledge:
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook). Windows 10 & 11 operating systems. Mobile device management (Android & Apple). Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, Intune & Azure. Remote working solutions (VPN, AVD, AOVPN) and Remote Control Tools. Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and PC/Laptop/Printer hardware. Experience with software deployment and remote reimaging.
Full training will be provided.
