Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

Successful candidates will possess:

Interest in IT: A genuine passion for technology. Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service in a busy environment. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Active Directory, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools like Zoom and Box, and the Windows Operating System. Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in Incident, Problem, and Request Fulfilment disciplines.
