By analyzing customer forecasts, the Warehouse Shift Manager will oversee resource planning to maintain seamless operations and deliver exceptional service.</p> <p><strong>WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?</strong></p> <p>As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, monitor and report operational KPIs as required ensuring at all times an improvement in service to the client is maintained</li> <li>Ensure the contract complies with all Health & Safety regulations and company processes</li> <li>Act as a point of contact between internal departments and customers, ensuring information is disseminated</li> <li>Manage labour resources and costs—ensure correct team coverage across all operational shifts to cover volumes.
