Sponsorship Manager

Join us as a Sponsorship Manager where you would work within the Sponsorship Team to help manage sponsorships on behalf of the business globally. The role will involve developing and executing sponsorship strategies that align with overall brand and marketing as well as business objectives and managing and measuring our sponsorships to maximise their impact.

The role involves managing the ongoing relationships with our current sponsorship rights holders as well Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating sponsorship opportunities with existing or new properties,.

They will be expected to network and manage senior internal and external stakeholders and have excellent co-ordination and management skills in order to efficiently manage the portfolio of sponsors. They must be flexible to attend events where our sponsorships are being activated, many of which are located in London with some international travel expected and which sometimes fall outside of normal 9-5 working hours.

Essential Criteria:

Experience in a sponsorship and/or marketing roleExcellent senior stakeholder management skillsExcellent prioritisation and coordination skills

Other highly valued criteria:

Been in a marketing/sponsorship role focused on sport and/or entertainmentBackground in marketing/ sponsorship partnering

This is a London based role.

Purpose of the role

To develop and execute sponsorship strategies that align with overall marketing objectives, identifying, evaluating, and negotiating sponsorship opportunities, as well as managing and activating sponsorships to maximise their impact

Accountabilities

Identification of sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support key business initiatives.Negotiation and finalisation of sponsorship agreements that align with the banks brand values and marketing strategy.Tracking and analysis of the performance of sponsorships against predefined metrics.Management of the sponsorship budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.Provision regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorship activities and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
