About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic people to be part of our Student Administration teams supporting our applicants and students. Working within the team to support processing applications and acting as a first point of contact for queries, support open days, confirmation and clearing activities and to support immigration compliance.
As a member of Student Journey, you will be part of a Service that provides a wide range of professional services, support and guidance to students. We actively encourage our staff to get involved and collaborate in projects across the Service and we are committed to delivering high quality professional services in support of an excellent student experience.
Please note we have four positions available; all are fixed term contracts until 31/10/2025. The roles will commence from mid-June.
What you can bring
The successful candidate will have experience of working with administrative processes in a customer facing office environment. The roles require applicants who thrive in a busy team environment, who enjoy interacting and supporting a wide range of people and who are flexible and responsive to customer needs. Strong organisational and accuracy skills are essential alongside the ability to adapt to changing systems and platforms and work and communicate successfully across both face to face and virtual channels.
