Pay:- £14.96 Per hour Contract:- Fixed term until 20/07/2025 with the potential to turn permeant in the future Hours:- 37.5 Hours a week Location:-Islington Key Responsibilities Daily responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership for the Beers, Wines and Spirits section, ensuring the best customer shopping experience. - Sharing your knowledge on these products to help our customers find just what they are looking for. - Coaching other Partners on these products so they can help customers too. - Stock replenishment - ensuring our shelves remain as full as possible and products are in the right place at the right time for our customers. - Fulfilling online customer orders ready for our drivers to deliver their shopping direct to their doors. - Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns to those reaching their sell by dates. - Working with the wider shop team to support when needed including; checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, fulfilling on-demand customer orders and more. - Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks. Essential skills/experience you'll need - Communication skills - to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers. - Outstanding Customer service and a passion for food. - Excellent knowledge of your specialist area. - Ability to Coach and mentor partners on your specialist area. Desirable skills/experience you may have - Commercial Awareness to keep up to date with market trends and product launches in your specialist area. - IT literacy skills. - Selling skills. .
