The job itself

Required from 1st September 2025, We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, full-time class teacher to join the Rawcliffe Federation of Schools. We have a passion for high quality teaching and learning. Our supportive and approachable team is committed to helping every child thrive. Due to the flexibility of our existing staff, this post could potentially be in any key stage depending on the successful candidate.

We are looking for individuals to join our staff team. You will need to be:

Hardworking and enthusiasticAn excellent and reflective teacher who wants to develop furtherAble to lead a subject across the schoolFlexible and able to teach across the school if necessaryWilling to contribute to extra-curricular activitiesAmbitiousMay have some experience of Little WandleHas excellent understanding of assessment for learning and uses this to inform planningIs able to build positive relationships with parents and carers and is committed to working in partnershipHas high expectations and experience working with all learners including those with additional needs
