The job itself

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Business Studies teacher, to join our team from September 2025. This role would be suitable for someone who ideally has the ability to offer Business studies, alongside IT and/or Computer Studies or another second subject.

Withernsea High School is a smaller than average local authority maintained secondary school, situated in a pleasant rural coastal area. Our most recent Ofsted inspection in November 2021 maintained our ‘Good’ grading across all areas and we pride ourselves on being a school at the heart of our community.

We aim to provide an excellent and relevant education for our students, broadening their horizons through our curriculum of the Head, Hand and Heart and striving to prepare them for exciting and varied futures as respectful and responsible people.
