This is followed by a Programme Induction where youâll meet the Programme Leads and the other returners joining. During this time, youâll find out more about Aviva, the Tech & Change Delivery Returner Programme and youâll join your first of four Career Returners Coaching Workshops. Youâll then join your team where youâll collaborate with lots of forward-thinking people â working alongside, sharing ideas with, and learning from the best in the business. Nothing beats the buzz of seeing a project youâve worked on save a colleague valuable time or put a smile on a customer face. Throughout the Programme, youâll have a great internal and external support to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace, including a Leader, Mentor and Buddy and specialised returner coaching.
