Technical Program Manager

Job at Marks & Spencer in Greater London

Summary As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at M&S, you will lead the delivery of data solutions across multiple domains, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and cross-functional alignment. This hands-on role combines strong technical expertise with stakeholder management to drive objectives, foster collaboration, and mentor teams, operating as a servant leader who enables value-driven outcomes. You will champion continuous improvement across people, process, and technology, shaping the Technical Program Management discipline to support scalable, agile Data & AI solutions. With a balance of business insight and technical acumen, you will coach and inspire teams, remove ambiguity, and embed a culture of innovation and accountability to deliver impactful results.

Who you are:

You don’t just manage projects - you orchestrate outcomes. You’re as comfortable in a boardroom talking strategy as you are in a stand-up with engineers. You see patterns in complexity and turn chaos into clarity. You obsess over impact, not activity. You’re a translator - fluent in business ambition and technical execution.

What you will do:

Take vision and turn it into a plan people can execute. Build bridges between stakeholders, teams, and competing priorities. Keep delivery moving forward - removing blockers before they slow momentum. Make progress visible through crisp reporting that leaders trust. Deliver not just data projects - but measurable business impact.
