A bit about the job: This role exists to support, implement, and develop service standards for the DUA Hub, ensuring effective onboarding and control of delegated underwriting authority relationships throughout their lifecycle. It brings value to Aviva by perpetuating service excellence and enabling strategic and tactical solutions across the DUA lifecycle. The individual will join a collaborative team focused on maintaining high-quality processes and risk management, supporting the Underwriting Community and Scheme Owners. Responsibilities include producing content, assisting with reporting requirements, managing risk events, and providing accurate management insights to senior management. The role offers significant autonomy, allowing the individual to own their subject matter fully and contribute to the development of the DUA segment. Skills and experience weâre looking for: Insurance Sector Experience: Prior experience in Delegated Underwriting, Change, Commercial, or Operational Effectiveness roles. Reporting Proficiency: Ability to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information for reporting. Outsourcing and Risk Management: Beneficial experience with outsourcing and risk management software. Regulatory Compliance: Proven track record in completing reports for stakeholders, ensuring conformity with UK and international standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Strong experience in managing stakeholders and coordinating teams to meet deadlines.
