And to help us achieve our goals, we’re looking for the brightest talent to join our Architecture, Engineering and Operations Graduate programme.

About the role

Our three-year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick-start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll start out with four six-month rotations giving you access to AI tools and business areas within data. Within these areas you’ll follow either a technical or delivery and strategy pathway learning various AI tools and applications.

Finally, in year three, you’ll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship.

Along the way you’ll develop a wealth of new skills, including: Help Build and Advance our AI Application Infrastructure and Software Learn and execute against technology components such as Prompt Engineering, Vector DBS, Embeddings Develop Gen Applications in Copilot Studio, Writer and Azure Databricks / Mosaic Work with our delivery teams to implement Data and AI Solutions across the business that have been defined and prioritised by our AI Steerco Run innovation and use case discovery forums with our Business AI Champions and GLT Lead Build and run Gen AI Training sessions in the business Help to evolve our AI Strategy at Currys

You’ll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as Junior AI engineer or Junior AI Project Manager.
