• Academic Background: Specific degree disciplines are required for different placements. Ensure your field of study aligns with the available opportunities (e.g., Chemical & Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Control & Instrument, Material, or Digital Engineering).
• Experience: While not always mandatory, practical work or project experience demonstrating your passion for the energy sector and team collaboration will significantly strengthen your application.
