We have an exciting opportunity for a Timetabling Administrator to join our Timetabling Team within Registry Services. You will work closely with all members of the Timetabling team and all Academic Schools and Colleges across the university to fulfil all aspects of the timetabling service; a university business critical function.
Responsibilities include working alongside fellow Timetabling Officers who have joint responsibility for leading the annual university timetable preparation exercise. Provision of data and management information reports when required and ensuring the Timetabling web pages are regularly updated and maintained. Day to day duties will involve dealing promptly with timetable queries, ad-hoc room booking requests, which may be via telephone, in person, via email or through the web based system.
The post holder will be expected to work in collaboration with the Timetabling Officers and to be actively involved in all aspects of planned service developments to ensure the service is best placed to be responsive to both service and institutional strategic change.
