Key Responsibilities and What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and strategically close legacy revenue streams within our current product and brand portfolio.
- Support key commercial activities such as trading, market insight, payplan management, and the development of commercial strategy.
- Prepare and present insightful weekly performance reports on IP Migration, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Actively track customer migration progress, identify any variances, and deliver valuable customer-specific insights.
- Contribute to and drive the execution of decommissioning trading plans.
- Identify and recommend pricing opportunities by analyzing market demand, competitive landscape, and customer value.
- Propose creative ideas and recommendations to enhance customer acquisition through effective cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Contribute to customer retention initiatives through proactive engagement, support, and product improvement suggestions.
- Understand and expertly balance in-year Profit & Loss (P&L) performance with the strategic implications of decommissioning legacy products.
