Job title: Training Delivery Instructor (Weapons Engineering) Job Description: What youâll be doing: Deliver training in Royal Navy systems maintenance and fault-finding for the Weapons Engineering Department. Support continuous improvement and meet quality/performance targets. Enhance training delivery, quality, and teaching practices using learning technology. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships. Use data to improve services and performance. Collaborate across Weapons Engineering departments. Align activities with the Learning programme's objectives. What weâre looking for: Previous experience within Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical qualification would be preferred (Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, would be an advantage) Any training qualifications would be desirable A levels in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology etc would be highly desirable An understanding of the Royal Navy Weapons engineering department would be highly advantageous Experience of working with Mid-level stakeholders. Knowledge and understanding of business strategy and provide support to identify solutions to deliver that strategy. Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level About Selborne Selborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training.
