Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.

Role Overview:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with the allocation, clearance, settlement and investigation of transactions.

What you'll do:

Manage incoming queries from relevant teams and allocate trades accordinglyPerform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requestsGenerate and match trade in accordance with policies and legislationComplete tasks accurately and on time to meet deadlinesIdentify discrepancies within transactions and work with the appropriate department to form a solutionPrepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports

What well need from you:

Experience in Microsoft packagesStrong Mathematical mindsetStrong risk management and control mindsetSelf-reliant, good problem solver, results orientated.Strong organisation and time management skills.Strong teamwork skills

Successful candidates will attend a two week Market Operations Training Academy if required.

This aims to help you understand how Markets Operations work and where your role fits in in Citi while also providing you with all the tools needed to be the best you can be in your new role.
