Position: Translational Medicine Programme Manager, ADC Franchise Director (12-months Fixed-term or Secondment)

Previous experience will include:
The Program Manager will have proven project management skills with strong research or industry experienceProject management of R&D programmes, with the ability to create, coordinate, and maintain an integrated product plan and to control or respond to changes in strategy and scope.Practical knowledge of the biological sciences with technical, scientific or medical expertise in one or more functional areas involved in pharmaceutical/biologic product development.Understands the overall biologic/pharmaceutical product development process, stages of development, and role of different functional areas. Early and late phase clinical development stages and processes experience with key stage gates, and decision-making criteria.Working knowledge of Translational Medicine functions – Translational Medicine, Pharmacogenomics, and precision medicineWorking knowledge of the biological sciences with technical, scientific or medical expertise in one or more functional areas involved in biologic/pharmaceutical product development. (Oncology and Antibody drug conjugates andBasic knowledge of worldwide regulatory requirements, processes and regulatory authority interactions, as well as patent protection and records management.Expertise in use of project management software solutions, including skills in critical path analysis. MS Project and/or Planisware experience is a plus.Experience in financial and resource planning systems and processes with an ability to coordinate project-level budget/resource estimates and manage actuals vs. plan.Some experience in working across company boundaries in collaborative or vendor relationships.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
