Management & maintaining a delivery schedule KPI Management Driver debrief. Operational administration as required Ad-Hoc transport office duties. DESIRED SKILLS Management CPC qualification (Non Essential). To be self-motivated, plan and exceed service delivery expectations and manage the resources required for the department An understanding of compliance within the transport industry. Managing and developing staff. Experience of working in a management role in a Transport / Distribution environment A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation Experience of dealing with full disciplinary procedures according to ACAS guidelines Excellent communication skills.
