Key Responsibilities and Daily Impact:

• You'll be at the heart of a servicing contract, meticulously managing and booking logistics movements. This involves coordinating the seamless transport of vehicles from customer homes to the servicing centre and their safe return once maintenance is complete.
• Proactive communication is vital. You'll be liaising with transporters, third-party drivers, and internal teams to ensure all customer bookings are met within stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate closely with the on-site servicing team to ensure Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) are executed without delay, directly contributing to brand targets.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency by diligently updating transport planning systems with move allocations and carrier information.
• Strategic forward planning is essential. You will communicate planned moves with transport companies in advance to guarantee correct resourcing levels and facilitate smooth deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement by using monthly reporting to review move efficiency, identifying areas for optimization.
• Take ownership of monthly invoicing processes, including data verification and sense-checking, to ensure accuracy before submission to the brand.
