About your role: Our product design team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled UX Designer who has proven user-centred design experience and detailed knowledge of UX methodology and practices. Our UX Designers shape our services, championing our customers' needs. They help us explore, craft and improve intuitive, inspiring digital solutions for our Business Gas Business energy customers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping an exceptional customer experience across all products and journeys within your squad. You’ll drive dynamic collaboration across teams, working together to create innovative solutions. By diving deep into customer needs through explorative research, usability testing, and data analysis, you'll uncover valuable insights that will guide your designs. You’ll map and design seamless services and user journeys, crafting experiences that delight our customers. In close partnership with Product Owners and Tech teams, you’ll ship high-quality work that makes an impact. You’ll be a champion for user-centred design, setting the standard and inspiring others across the business. Plus, you’ll contribute to the evolution of our design systems, constantly improving the way we work and ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve. Here what we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with experience across all stages of the design process, though it perfectly fine if you have stronger expertise in certain areas. This includes: UX Research UX Design UI Design Design Thinking Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders Hands-on experience with UX design and research tools, disciplines, and processes Proficiency in contributing to design systems and maintaining design standards in Figma While a design degree is a nice bonus, it not a requirement.
