Job Title: UniOps Change & Adoption Analyst - B&W Location: Kingston/PSL Work-Level: 1C JOB PURPOSE This role supports change management and adoption of UniOps capabilities into the business group and/or business unit, including focusing on end user experience, process change, communication and outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES This role leads change management and adoption of UniOps capabilities into the business group and/or business unit, including focusing on end user experience, process change, communication and outcomes. Product Adoption and Embedment Ensure UniOps products are adopted and embraced by end users within the BG/BU Monitor and track adoption metrics for digital solutions across the BG/BU Identify and address potential barriers to adoption, ensuring smooth deployment of product development initiatives Drives process change, embedding capabilities into day to day working Maps business outcomes to products Leads the change management strategy and plan for the BG or BU Maximise BG/BU âBusiness Readinessâ and develop Change Champions Network Undertake Business Readiness Assessments and take any necessary mitigating action to prepare BGs/BUs for digital changes prioritised by BG Leadership Build the feedback loop and change champion network within the BGs/BUs, driving BG/BU employee engagement with digital transformation initiatives Facilitate BG/BU Engagement & Communication Act as a central point of information for digital transformation initiatives for UniOps into the BG/BU, driving communications with the BG/BU communications lead Develop a clear BG/BU engagement strategy and plans to build awareness, understanding and change support. Collaborate with Domain/Family/ Product Change Lead / Change Manager to align on messaging per specific product development initiative Support Domain/Family in identifying key business stakeholders to engage with in more detail Change Coordination & Training Oversees BG/BU overall training strategies Gather feedback from end-users, super users and change champions continuously iterate approach to optimise training effectiveness and adoption ALL ABOUT YOU Necessary Experience & Qualifications Strategic Change Management experience in large, complex organisations SKILLS Technical Acumen â familiarity with digital technologies and technology trends Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills Global Training and Learning delivery experience LEADERSHIP SKILLS Unilever Behaviors PASSION FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE: Takes personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results.
