About this opportunity Weâre looking for someone to help bring our digital experiences to life. Youâll do this by creating visually and engaging with customers and stakeholders through storytelling. Someone who can work collaboratively alongside a full design multidisciplinary team, with a willingness to learn from - and actively support other Visual Designers. We're looking for an experienced Visual Designer to work within our Experience Design team of interactions designers, researchers, content writers and strategists. Working effectively and confidently as part of agile teams to help uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define scope. Youâll help identify and solve real customer problems and ensure that we put human needs at the heart of every problem we solve. As a Visual Designer, itâll be your role to: Apply your creative thinking to solve complex problems and make them seem simple Design production assets, infographics, logos and other elements Create engaging digital experiences, design interfaces for web and mobile applications Make seemingly mundane things interesting and exciting Support us scale and hone our digital design system Mastering storytelling techniques to help the business communicate effectively Bring your designs to life with prototyping software Working effectively and confidently as part of agile teams to help uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define scope. Engage with design teams and communities of practices to understand objectives and opportunities aligned to good customer outcomes Design and layout pages and User Interfaces, skillfully and creatively using components from a central design system to figure out the right balance of content and UI (User Interface) elements on screen. Bring your designs and presentations to life with prototyping software (Figma is our main tool, experience is required) as well Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft tools like, Powerpoint, Excel, Acrobat. ð§ What you'll need Advanced visual design skills across platforms (iOS, Android, web, mobile). Strong systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail. Excellence in interaction design, visual design, and accessibility. Proficiency in tools: Figma, Adobe CC Skilled in prototyping, sketching, and concept development. Experience working within and contributing to multi-brand design systems. Competent in documenting components and maintaining design consistency. ð§ Design Thinking & Process User-centered design approach to craft industry-leading experiences. Advanced in competitor analysis, workshopping, and ideation. Proactively design with the customer needs in mind. ð¤ Collaboration & Communication Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (designers, engineers, product owners).
