PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo be a creative ambassador for visual merchandisingImplement & deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brandEnhance the customer experience and maximise sales through visual techniquesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstanding the needs of Primark customers in Stockport Plan and carry out the visual proposition across the storeCollaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager & VM team to ensure window schemes, and style guides are implemented on time with maximum impactDrive sales through strong visual merchandising skills utilising the Primark guidelines Upskill colleagues visual knowledge through training & developmentSKILLSExcellent standards and attention to detailUp to date knowledge of fashion trends and social mediaCollaborate with store team on all levels to drive sales Proactive planning and time managementStrong merchandising, window, and mannequin styling Youll have previous retail and visual merchandising experience. Your eye for detail, fashion trends and style will be exceptional as will be your flair for the creative aspect of the role.
