As a Warehouse Cleaner, youll be a vital part of our team – ensuring our warehouse is spotless throughout the day. Youll always go the extra mile, ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Youll report to the Distribution & Recycling Shift Leader. With a motivated team, youll keep all areas of the warehouse clean and tidy – from the loading bays to the picking slots.In return, well give you a competitive hourly rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

What you'll do Cleaning all warehouse areas, including the floors, fixtures, fittings, and mopping up spillagesRemoving and disposing waste packaging from the warehouse floor to minimise trip hazardsEnsuring ‘clean as you go stations are stocked e.g. tissue roll, hazard signsClearing all fire exits of blockages and litterEmptying the recycling stations and moving them to the Recycling areasConfidently operate cleaning machineryProactively make sure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are met at all timesWhat you'll need Have a keen eye and attention to detailExperience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial but not essential)Be flexible in your work and open to executing individual tasks (excluding picking) if necessaryWhat you'll receive
