Monday to Sunday, 14:00 to 22:00 Salary: This role will start from £36,400.00, Annual This role will attract a potential shift premium of 25% of base rate, this is an additional earning of £9,100 Key Responsibilities Working in our supply chain operation is fast paced as we aim to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time for our customers. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for: - Ensuring Health and Safety and all legislative and operational procedures are adhered to. - Keeping the operation working smoothly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing these with you team. - Leading and developing a high performing team, acting as a role model for the Partnership. - Making sure all Partners are treated fairly and respectfully. - Supporting the wider teams within your site when required, including deputising for the Warehouse Shift Manager in their absence. Essential skills/experience you'll need - Experience working in a management role in a Distribution / Warehouse environment with knowledge of working with warehouse management systems. - Stock Management experience. - A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation. - Experience of dealing with full disciplinary procedures according to ACAS guidelines. .
