We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Distribution Centre based in Aylesbury:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be joining an established team picking, packing and loading orders ready to go out to our Branch Network or directly to customers.

We have varied job duties from working in our Standard Warehouse or across our state-of-the-art Auto Stores function, ensuring accuracy is key to minimise any miss picks or incorrect items.

Ideally, you will have previous warehouse experience, where you can demonstrate accuracy, working at pace and meeting set KPI’s & SLA’s

Warehouse – Experience & Attributes:

Previous warehouse experience: Demonstrated ability in working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. Proficiency in inventory management: Experience with stock control, picking, packing, and handling deliveries. Equipment operation skills: Familiarity with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse machinery (valid certifications preferred). Health and safety knowledge: Understanding and adherence to health, safety, and manual handling procedures. Teamwork and communication: Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team, following instructions and communicating effectively.
