The role As a Waterfront Resource Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Organising people, recruitment, equipment for smooth running of the Waterfront section.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
Accountable for the day-to-day management of absence, performance, leave, learning and development records of industrial and non-industrial employees for which they are responsible. Working with the Delivery and Planning teams to level the workload and develop the labour demand and supply profile the most efficient use of resource. Reviewing resource loading across plans and ensure any gaps in resource can be met through engagement with other Infrastructure Operations departments. Responsible for ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the Clyde’s cost, time, and quality requirements (Authorising Condition 17 – Quality Assurance). Responsible for implementation of the Company Safety, Quality and Environmental policies in the Facility ensuring that assessments of risks are carried out which lead to safe working attitudes and practices (Authorising Condition 17 – Quality Assurance).
This role is full time and based onsite at Faslane.
