ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to join the team. This key role is focused on the development of WFM solutions to support our shop estate. You will work at pace to design, develop and test functionality that allows our shop Partners to be in the right place at the right time so they can continue to delight our customers. . Salary - £51,000. - £75,000 Contract type: This position is a Secondment/fixed-term contract until 24th January 2026. Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aim for around 1 day a week in the office to connect and, on a more ad-hoc basis, to attend key meetings.
