In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Youth Operations Consultant to bring fresh insights and expertise to our Product and Development department

Role Overview

This pivotal role will involve:

Defining and developing the family proposition, including partnerships and product development. Providing operational support for ships, particularly Cunard. Supporting the Fleet People team with recruitment and scheduling processes. Ensuring quality family entertainment is sourced to support the family proposition reporting against financial and guest feedback targets.

This role is positioned at CUK Level 09 within our organization and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Strong external stakeholder relationship management. Creativity in developing family and children's programs. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to generate new ideas and deliver them.

About You: The Ideal Candidate

You are more than just your CV. You're someone who brings:

Experience in hospitality, leisure, cruise, or similar environments. Knowledge of family entertainment programs and childcare activities. Proven ability to plan and deliver family/children entertainment either shoreside or shipboard. Enthusiasm for developing and maintaining partnerships.
