Organisational values guide everything that we do in our work.
They are the principles we work to, and they say what we are passionate about and what we represent. Being able to effectively demonstrate the Council’s Values and Behaviours is a key essential requirement for working at the Council.
Hull City Council is fully committed to achieving fairness and equality in employment, and seeks to build a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities it serves.
No job applicant or employee will be treated less favourably or disadvantaged, either directly or indirectly, due to gender, gender identity, disability, nationality or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religion or belief, age or any other unreasonable reason.
