We are looking for an experienced, exceptional, proactive and enthusiastic leader to take on this role within the Accommodation Service. This role will enhance the service provided to our residents by leading a team that will support our students outside of normal business hours. The aim of this role is to enhance the resident experience by ensuring that there is a variety of activities for residents to be involved in, as well as providing immediate response for any incidents that may occur within our campuses and residences, whilst also managing specific tasks that benefit the accommodation service as a whole.

The post requires someone who is comfortable playing a key role in the strategic direction of the accommodation service, who has experience in leading a customer focused service. Great communication skills and the ability to gain and analyse feedback to tailor a responsive service is key. This role is for someone with strong communication skills and who enjoys working with students and young people.

You will have an exceptional eye for detail and will understand the fundamental requirements of leading a team and running a successful Residential Life (ResLife) service. As well as being a champion for inclusivity and progress you will question the status quo, find creative ways in which to enhance the service, have a good understanding of the student demographic and emerging expectations, and be a firm believer in continuous improvement with a track record for implementing service improvements
