  • Overseeing and optimizing event scheduling and room bookings.
  • Managing content updates for platforms like Moodle and the team's website.
  • Generating and analyzing data reports on student engagement to identify trends and inform strategy.
  • Driving service efficiency and championing a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities for the Administration Coordinator:

  • Team Supervision: You will play a vital role in supervising and supporting the broader administrative team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Data Management & Reporting: A core aspect of this role involves producing and maintaining comprehensive reports and statistics, requiring a keen eye for detail and data analysis.
