This is a 12 month FTC.

The Administrative Assistant will manage the front of house area, being a primary focal point for staff visitors and contractors.

What you’ll do:

Manage the reception area by greeting visitors and answering the phones. Support the onboarding process by planning new starter inductions. Support the site by filing, completing admin work, and booking training courses. Keep stock take and manage orders of PPE and office supplies. Assist in organising and planning social events. Any other ad hoc administrative duties.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in an administrative role or other relevant experience. Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly in Excel. Effective communication skills, excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workload. Self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team. Experience using SAP is advantageous but not required.
