We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Asset Management Division. So, what will you be letting yourself in for we hear you ask! This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks aimed at facilitating the smooth operation of the division. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of multitasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The role will interact with multiple departments and play a key role in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall efficiency of the Asset Management team. Strong communication skills are key â Youâll serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to asset management, ensuring that all communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Youâll help monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to asset management, assisting in the preparation of materials for audits and inspections. A key part of the role will be maintaining and organising all relevant documentation, including One drive accounts, asset records, contracts, maintenance schedules, and compliance reports, ensuring documents are updated and stored securely. Accurately inputting data related to assets, inspections, and maintenance into the company systems, whilst assisting in the preparation of regular reports on asset performance, utilisation, and lifecycle management. There just a couple of âmust-havesâ from our perspective⦠Youâll need to have experience in a similar role, with experience in asset management, transport or a related industry desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with asset management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable Youâll have strong organisational and time management skills with a willingness to help others.
