Job Purpose Your role will be to support our national network of Dulux Decorator Centres by dealing with a number of complex supplier accounts. This will involve collaborating with store colleagues and our suppliers to manage a wide range of business related queries.

Job Responsibilities • Assess & report the current status of our account with key suppliers • Assist store colleagues with our supplier invoice processes • Investigate disputes & help resolve issues with suppliers & colleagues • Identify opportunities to improve our service to meet our ‘first-time right’ standard • Credit note investigation & matching with return purchase order • Scrutinise & investigate reason for delays in payment

Job Requirements • Good admin skills • Proficient user of MS Office & business systems, specifically Excel • Eye for detail • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
