As a Administrator you will play key role in supporting the Eastwood Depot. Whether youâre maintaining warehouse invoices or checking goods for discrepancies, youâll be an asset to your team. This is a permanent role, working 36.25 hours per week, 8.15am-4.30pm Monday- Friday. As part of your contract, you will be required to work bank holidays and 3 Saturdays in December.

Control and Manage Inbound and Outbound Diary.Check all Inbound goods for discrepancies and communicate with Central Inventory.Manage and control all bonded stock through HMRC.File and maintain all Warehouse invoices and PO.Manage the return of leaker stock back to Bury St. Edmunds.Log and control pallets received from suppliers.Manage and control the outstanding orders process.Â

You will possess excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels including when handling difficult situations.You are a real team player who thrives in a fast-paced, busy, and challenging environment.Previous experience of working within an administrative role is required.To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised with proven ability to plan and prioritise your workload and work calmly and methodically in a busy environment.You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, notably Excel with strong attention to detail.Â
