About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join our vibrant and high-performing Childrens Safeguarding Hub on a permanent basis.

As the first point of contact for all safeguarding concerns relating to children, the Hub plays a vital role in ensuring timely and effective responses. You will work within a multi-agency team of advanced social workers and co-located partners, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment where children and families receive the right support, at the right time.

A confident, motivated professional who can lead by example and contribute to our journey toward excellence.Proven experience working with children and families in a statutory social care settingStrong decision-making skills and a clear understanding of thresholdsA commitment to ensuring timely and appropriate support for children and familiesExcellent partnership working and the ability to use your initiativeExperience working across organisational boundaries to improve outcomesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
