Advice & Guidance Specialist

About Role:

Working within the guidelines from a more senior Business Partner and with readily available higher-level support Is likely to be studying for HR professional qualifications and join our HR Services Team as an Advice & Guidance Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering trusted HR advisory services. You will address low to medium complexity HR queries and issues through our HR case management system, Service Now, while navigating various global and local HR policies and processes. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our organization take on several project roles. Will not be a Team Manager but may assist in the development of others, especially new starters. Typically, local rather than Regional or Global remit.

Accountabilities:•Provide guidance and coaching to managers and HR colleagues on all HR policies, processes, and programs.- Collaborate with HRBPs to support business leaders and line managers, tailoring HR support to local requirements and business priorities.- Proactively engage with managers, offering advice and guidance on employee-related issues.- Respond to employee queries within the assigned timeframe using the HR case management system.- Work collaboratively with colleagues in Global and Regional HR Centers to enhance the employee experience.- Manage third-party and benefits provider activities, ensuring compliance with company practices and policies.- Assist in annual people processes and understand business priorities to tailor HR support accordingly.- Act as a key point-of-contact for professional advice and support on various HR activities and programs.- Develop business process flows and knowledge databases to ensure business continuity.- Ensure HR policies and processes are updated on the internal portal “ASK AZ,” recommending enhancements as needed.- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to deliver the right level of service.- Provide ad-hoc and periodic reports and analysis to HR stakeholders and business.- Use the HR knowledge base to ensure effective process execution and customer guidance.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for implementation.- Manage local onboarding invites and scheduling onboarding sessions in Egypt MC.- Oversee monthly payroll activities, ensuring timely updates and communication.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelor of Business Administration

- Experience: 0-1 Years of Experience in HR.- Languages: Fluent in English, French is a Must

- Workday experience.
