Job Title: Senior Advice & Guidance Specialist

Introduction to role

Join our HR Services Team as a Sr. Advice & Guidance Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing trusted HR advisory services. You'll resolve HR queries and issues of low to medium complexity using our HR case management system, Service Now, while navigating various global and local HR policies and processes. Your expertise will help shape the employee experience and support our mission to deliver life-changing medicines.

Accountabilities

As a Sr. Advice & Guidance Specialist, you will:

- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and HR colleagues on all HR policies, processes, and programs.- Collaborate with HRBPs to support business leaders and line managers, tailoring HR support to local requirements and business priorities.- Respond to employees queries within the assigned timeframe through the HR case management system.- Drive the yearly plan of promoting the HR Operating Model, coaching employees to use the right channels.- Work collaboratively with colleagues in Global and Regional HR Centers to improve the employee experience.- Handle various Workday business processes for the assigned account, such as hiring, job changes, and compensation changes.- Manage activities related to 3rd parties and benefits providers, ensuring compliance with company practices and policies.- Deliver general HR support and act as a key point-of-contact for professional advice on HR activities and programs.- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure high service levels.- Provide ad-hoc and periodic reports and analysis to HR stakeholders and businesses.- Manage talent acquisition administration activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.- Ensure payroll accuracy and respond to payroll-related queries.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field- 3 - 5 years of experience within HR operations

- Keen attention to detail and focus on data accuracy

- Understanding of common service center enabling technologies – e.g. case management

- Able to communicate fluently in English

- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks efficiently and prioritize workload within a matrixed team environment

- Experience in Microsoft applications

- Highly developed communications, organization and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work with confidential data

- Experience of delivering against Service Level agreements, including working with third party providers to meet work deadlines

- Ability to think analytically and effectively problem solve using creative solutions

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Workday system knowledge would be an asset

- French Language is a huge plus

- HR degree or equivalent

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry- Experience within Multinational companies
