In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions that protect our organization's data and enhance user experience. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of Azure Entra workflows and technologies, and a drive to innovate. Location: UK, Windsor (talk to us about flexible working) The day to day: Manage and maintain digital identities across various systems. Ensure compliance with identity management policies. Troubleshoot identity-related issues. Collaborate with peers and other IT teams to develop and enforce identity controls. Conduct regular internal audits to identify and mitigate risks. Stay updated on the latest identity management technologies and best practices. Create and maintain documentation for identity management processes. Provide support and training to users on identity management processes. Work with Microsoft Entra, on-premises and Azure Active Directory (AD). Utilise LogicApps, RunBooks, Microsoft Sentinel, and PowerShell scripts. Automate workflows and monitor security incidents. Maintain seamless integration across systems. About You: Proficiency in identity and access management tools. Ability to analyse and troubleshoot identity-related issues effectively. Precision in managing digital identities and ensuring compliance with policies. Strong ability to work with peers and other IT teams to develop and enforce identity controls. Aptitude for identifying and mitigating risks through regular audits and proactive measures. Flexibility to stay updated on the latest identity management technologies and best practices.
