As our Analytics Manager, youâll lead the development of data-driven insights that support provider contract negotiations, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making. Youâll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our provider relationships are commercially sound, customer-focused, and aligned with our sustainability goals. How youâll help us make health happen: Lead analytics for high-value provider contracts, supporting negotiations with commercial insights and modelling. Design and evaluate innovative pricing models, including value-based contracts and risk-sharing agreements. Monitor provider performance, market trends, and cost drivers to inform strategic decisions. Mentor and develop a team of senior analysts and a junior analyst. Oversee reporting on hospital spend, tariff changes, and healthcare cost trends. Identify and address non-compliant billing practices and support sustainability initiatives like Scope 3 emissions tracking. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation or provider management is essential. Highly analytical, with confidence working with large financial datasets and building models. Experience of managing or mentoring a team is desirable. Excellent communication skillsâable to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present these confidently to a range of different audiences. Experience in healthcare or a similarly complex, multi-service organisation is desirable. Proficiency in Excel modelling and PowerPoint, with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
