Database & DevOps Proficiency – Skilled in RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, with experience in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging. Security & System Integrity – Knowledge of secure coding practices, compliance standards, and performance optimization for government applications.
